Synopsis: Maxine in her early 70's and living in a senior community after her husband passed away 3 years earlier. She is starting to experience periods of dementia but most of the time is sharp, funny, and feisty. Her frequent trips to the doctor and emergency phone calls over non-important topics are becoming a burden to her son and daughter. So, they decide to get her a computer to help her find answers to all her questions. This does not solve the problem.

Extras Breakdown

Lead-Maxine Walker, a widow in her mid-70's, attractive, feisty, and smart. Just starting to have some health problems and age related dementia. She now lives in a senior community after the death of her husband three years earlier. Maxine has a middle-aged daughter and son, not to mention a teenage grandson.

Clare Walker (daughter of Maxine), 38-50, attractive, rich, divorced Scottsdale snob, a bit overbearing, and self centered.

Darin Walker (son of Maxine), 45-50, history school teacher, smart, not very strong, a grown up momma's boy.

Jeffrey Walker (grandson), 15-17, smart, good student, computer savvy, loves his grandmother, hangs out with her when he can. He spend much of his childhood being babysat by her and learning valuable life lessons.

Senior Home Male Lothario, good looking man in his mid-late 70's, charming, fit.

Senior Home Manager, 40-50's woman, average, a little authoritarian.

African Queen, 15-17, attractive female, aristocratic.

They are seeking a female to play the lead role in their feature film titled "Let Her Go". This is a SAG feature film and filming takes place in the Phoenix area. Synopsis: The film tackles the heartbreaking realities of domestic violence. Lead female is slapped and pushed around by the guy presumed to be the father of her infant son.

They are seeking one African American female for a principal role for an upcoming insurance commercial. Filming takes place in Tempe. Synopsis: The commercial takes place on a public bus filled with people who have suspended licenses going to work. Two attendants and the bus driver explain to all the people how they can get driving again, if they get SR22 Insurance.

Character Breakdown

BUS ATTENDANT - African American female age 40's-60's. She is a "sassy" black woman who can deliver snide comments. Uniform will be provided and must be between size 5 - 16 only.

BASF Print Shooting In Phoenix Arizona

MovieWork Now is casting talent for BASF Print Shoot.

BASF is a chemical in which controls termites from eating your home. Please read entire alert before applying. We must have reliable talent for this project. Do not apply then cancel last minute for any reason.

Casting Specifics

#1: Technician-Male, must look like he's in his 40's-early 50's, Caucasian, uniform and work-boots will be provided by production.

#2: Technician-Male, must look like he's in his 40's-early 50's, Hispanic/Latin look, uniform and work-boots will be provided by production.
