Trouble uploading photos

  1. Check the photo format. We only support .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, or .tiff files.
  2. Check the size of the photo. The photo must not exceed 10MB (megabytes).
  3. Try using a different browser. The latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Windows Internet Explorer will usually give the best results. If you're already using one of those, give the others a try.
  4. Check your internet connection. If your upload is slower than normal, fails to connect, or stops during upload, there may be a network issue on a point somewhere between your computer and MovieWork Now. Sometimes these problems are ISP-related and sometimes might be specific to your local computer/network setup. These problems are usually temporary so give it a few minutes and try again.

If you have tried all of these suggestions and you still can't upload, you can your photos to us and we will upload them for you. Please include your full name and the reason you cannot upload so we can troubleshoot the issue. If you have large photo files, we recommend emailing only a few at a time.
