Q: How long have you been interested in acting?
 A:

For as long as I can remember. I don't ever remember wanting be anything other than a singer or an actress. Actually, my senior year of high school I enlisted in the Army because I realized I can't just go pick up an application to be a singer or an actress. I can't just apply to be Britney Spears! I honestly have no interest in anything else. I often wonder if I could be happy settling for anything less because it's been my life-long dream and my passion.

Q: How long have you been with MovieWork Now Casting?
 A:

Only a few months. I was offered my first job as Jennifer Garner's stand-in in her upcoming movie "The Kingdom". Shortly thereafter, I was offered a print ad job for SRP. When I was called for it I was completely blown away by the pay. I made more money modeling for 4 hours than I do in 2 weeks at my regular job! I was ecstatic! I had a lot of fun, too. I felt so special. I had my own stylist which felt very "celebrity".

Q: What was the auditioning process for the part?
 A:

For the print ad for SRP I fit the profile of an athletic/attractive female. The ad wasn't solely focused on the actual model which made me feel even more grateful that I was chosen because I'm sure there are a number of girls that fit that profile. For the stand-in position on the feature film "The Kingdom", I was selected because I matched Jennifer Garner's looks and size more closely than anyone else.

Q: Did you have any experience or training prior to getting the part?
 A:

No. I've never had vocal lessons, modeled or acted before. Maybe a few school plays but that is it. I did, grow up singing in church and competed across the country. I actually received a college scholarship to a Christian college in Washington State in one competition. I really believe that true talent is already in a person and that is what separates a superstar from an average person. I'm glad that I haven't had coaching or training. I like it that I have raw talent.
