Ian Markel recently landed the principal part for a National Ping commercial. The commercial was shot on the beautiful Quintero Golf course. Ian won over the director with his personality and golf swing. A Texas native, Ian has lived in Arizona for nine years now and started pursuing his acting career about two years ago with MovieWork Now Casting.

 Q: How long have you been interested in acting?
 A: 

I have been interested in acting since high school.
 Q: How long have you been with MovieWork Now Casting?
 A: 

I have been with MovieWork Now Casting for about two years now.
 Q: What was the auditioning process for the part?
 A: 

My photo was submitted by MovieWork Now Casting and I was called to go to an audition with the advertising agency people. I had to swing a golf club while they took photos.

 Q: Did you have any experience or training prior to getting the part?
 A: 

Just playing lots of golf!
